"Awesome customer service" I stupidly went to a non mini service center and was given a bogus quote that Just didn't feel right. Took car to mini and was treated with respect and kindness. I still had to pay more then I wanted to to fix the car but Darlene and Courtney made the whole process less painful. They didn't make me feel stupid for taking the car elsewhere and worked really hard to get my questions answered. I will only come to mini for service from now on! I learned my lesson!

"Buying car" Went in for service, decided to buy a CPO if trade value was sufficient. Overall a good experience, except short staffed in business office so I was there 5 1/2 hours.

"Great service with no pressure" I brought my wife’s Cooper in for a recall and decided to get caught up on needed pm plus a tuneup. I was disappointed after I thought about it while driving the loaner home. Darlene told me there was no reason for a tune up, didn’t try to get me to buy useless services (you know your head light fluid is low?) and was frank and friendly. I was ready to argue that nitrogen was molecularly smaller than oxygen and that the elbow grease didn’t need to be changed. But, Darlene didn’t let me do it.... read more

"Oil change" Oil and filter change. It was fine. Had a check engine light that comes and goes. I thought $130 just to read it was too much. I know 4 places that will read it for free or I can buy a reader for $39-$79. I have bought one before.

"Great job : service techs." I asked my service advisor to make sure the tires were inspected due to noise and sensors in the front ;they did not check them even though I know the tires are getting worn from inside the service advisor said everything is fine tires have a lot of tread left; however at 17,000 miles I'm pretty sure they need to be replaced I know they're not fine. Nothing was checked off on inspection sheet

"Great Dealership except for the “Internet Sales” side" I’m rating this dealership five stars because once I arrived there and was introduced to my sales person, everything was great. One thing I will NEVER do again is inquire about a car via the internet at this dealership. Got the short end of the stick when out to work with Greg on buying a car. Absolutely a palling of how unprofessional this jackol was. Within 2 min of meeting he goes on to guess my name since asking it was to hard and may have required brain surgery. Being absolutely turned off I had to leave the dealership. Greg should be stuck in the back of the dealership in a utility closest so he has no reason to interact with guest. Bobby Haines, the business manager at Ferman BMW left me with a completely bad taste of the Ferman organization. I had called in and spoke with Bobby to ask about certain warranties and he was clearly annoyed with my inquires. At one point on the phone call I asked him if I was bothering him and if there was someone else I should speak to?!
