When I’ve brought cars n for service before, the reps have been efficient and polite. I’ve been using BMW Northwest since 2009 for all my BMW needs, from new vehicles to service and parts and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. The last visit was for a new vehicle and Cody was great as usual, working patiently with me and running different numbers. It’s a completely different dealership experience and it’s a pleasure to work with the team there.

"Went in due to a massive oil and coolant leak that..." Went in due to a massive oil and coolant leak that occurred. Met with my advisor, Shane, and was very well taken care of. They worked with me through the whole process, helped me out when my warranty declined to help, and made the process very smooth while knocking the initial cost of the repairs down significantly. Great customer service, very friendly, and I would highly recommend someone to this place.
