I buy a lot of cars and I recently had one of my best car purchase experience ever at BMW Northwest. Allen Deen, the General Sales Manager, took time out of his busy schedule to make me feel like my business mattered and he was superb in giving me an outstanding price with no "game" playing, superior service and perfect follow-up from the choosing of the car to the delivery. This was out First bmw purchase and I couldn't be more satisfied. We purchased our used BMW through the used car sales department and our sales person took very good care of us along the way. It is always a pleasure to bring my car in to be serviced at BMW Northwest. The staff is always friendly and very willing to help in any way. This last visit I had planned on waiting for my car but the rep suggested a loaner car and just like that I was out the door running errands. Thanks for the great service.

BMW Northwest is an experience in itself! The showroom and service center is like walking into an expensive hotel lobby. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. My service advisor, Oscar, is always on top of his game with professional, courteous, and complete details on the service during my visit. I like the details, and I love that BMW Northwest makes me feel that the customer is the most important person that walks through their door. They will take care of your car AND they will take care of you!
