I recently ordered a brand new BMW 428i from BMW Northwest in Fife, Washington. The experience has been one of the best that I have ever had with a dealership. My car arrived about one month before expected. I was notified immediately. My sales representative got me through paperwork quickly, and the financial services representative answered all of my questions about payments. This is our first BMW and already we want to buy another. Our 2014 Z4 is an amazing car. We contacted Jimmy Barber in Fife and from the first contact he was professional, honest, responsive. Everyone else we've come in contact with in Fife has been the same way.
Our association with BMW Northwest has been nothing but 5 stars. Our salesman, Bruce, couldn't have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. He was so patient with us in showing us all the bells and whistles. He encouraged us to stop by anytime we had a question and we really felt appreciated.
