I came to BMW Northwest after spending time with two other BMW dealers in the state. Hands-down they had the best customer service, were kind, and partnered with me through the entire process. From first talk to driving our car away a few weeks, later Jimmy Barber treated me, but more importantly my wife, with courtesy and respect far above our expectations! Bmw Northwest has been an awesome experience in car buying. This is our first high end car and are very happy with the 3 series we purchased. The customer service is bar none. The best car buying experience we have ever had. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful, always taking the time to explain or showing how and why something works like it does.
This is our 3rd lease from this dealership; as we thought about reducing our budget we had fully intended to turn in our second leased vehicle and look at less expensive options-a hard thing to consider once you have become accustomed to driving a BMW! Selecting a new car can be an arduous task and is a big investment. The BMW is a very well engineered vehicle that is well built and lavishly appointed. BMW Northwest made the task of selecting and purchasing a pleasure. Kevin was very pleasant to work with and endured my many questions without even a hint of pressure and Susan explained in detail the financial side of this purchase. I am enjoying driving my new car and BMW Northwest is a dealership that I highly recommend.
Bruce & BMW NorthWest are outstanding people with an emphasis on helping the customer choose a car that they will be happy with.
