We had an awesome experience with BMW Northwest. From our salesman Young to our delivery specialist Donna, it was a smooth and painless experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Additionally, we are extremely impressed with the quality of our X6 and plan on doing business here in the future!

This is the best car purchase experience I've ever had in my lifetime after buying 8 vehicles, bar none! Ron Hansen is the kind of salesperson who doesn't do pressure sales like most car sales people do. He is very friendly, responsive to calls/emails, great follow up, and just goes at your pace. Buying a BMW...it is a experience and BMW Northwest made it the most enjoyable purchase i have ever had buying a new vehicle. I have purchased 7 new card in my lifetime and this was the best.
Superb customer service! I've only had to visit a this dealership twice in the last year for service yet Keith knew exactly who I was. Scheduling my service request was a breeze and they were very accommodating to my schedule. They outfitted me with a loaner car and taking the time to make sure I had all of my stuff and was ready to get on my way. They provided the service you expect but rarely see these days.
I contacted Craig Williams at the dealership to talk about possibly leasing a vehicle (X1). Upon actually seeing one in person I knew it was not for me so I went back to the drawing board. Craig discussed other leasing options with me keeping in mind a few requirements I provided him with regard to monthly payments, trade-in for my vehicle and terms. My wife and I went to this dealership to look at used BMW's, looking spefically for a used 335i convertible. This was the first dealership we visited. All our previous searches had been online throughout the country. As it turned out, they didn't have any used cars of the type for which we were searching.
