Its was the best customer service. They did everything to service my car in a timely manner. Also, they provided me with a vehical until my car was done3!!!! Thanks BMW!

I love BMW Northwest, they are always very accomodating and welcoming, the service is outstanding. The waiting area is so comfortable it makes the time fly.

This was our first BMW purchase. It took us a few visits to determine this was the vehicle for us. Our client advisor, Ron Hansen, met with us each time, answering questions, showing us options, test drives, etc. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. My wife and I were in the market for an SUV with a third row seat and I came across several local listings for Jeep Commanders, but in the end our local dealers in the DC metro area were unwilling to provide a price over the phone and insisted that we come in person to get the "real price." I have never had a problem getting my car serviced at this dealership. I like the fact that they make sure you understand what they are doing with your car and what possible future items will need to be addressed in the future. The employees are friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership.

Needed 50,00 mile service so I came in and had a great experience. From being greeted to reviewing what needed to be looked at I was impressed. The work was done early and they even washed the car on a rainy day! I am disappointed my car is running great because I can't go in for another great experience.

The dealership has much going for it...nice clean facility and staff, service support and knowledge of the staff is excellent. Work is done to the highest standards and we are kept informed about what problems or issues were found and options to resolve are presented with focus on long term solutions and also the cost of options is presented.
