I came to BMW of Bloomfield late on Saturday (I had a 5pm appt and they were closing at 6) after a negative experience earlier in the day at Park Ave BMW. I was looking to buy a loaner 328xi and had called in advance to make sure that there were cars in stock. I received a prompt return phone call from Odria informing me there were cars available, and to come in. The very first moment I stepped into the BMW dealership, I felt very comfortable. The staff appeared warm and friendly. All of the available options very given to me in order to purchase my first BMW. The car payments were affordable and I left with such a great feeling. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends!

I bought my certified pre-owned BMW 335 from BMW of Bloomfield. J Johnson, client advisor and his sales manager, Charles, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Pricing on new vehicle and trade-in were fair, paperwork was organized and correct and the 335 was delivered in "pristine" condition. Jay and Charles made the transaction extremely easy and I will be buying my next car from them in 48 months.

On time service. No surprises. Quality work. Loaners always availible and if waiting, nice accomodation. Would recommend and have recommended this dealership and this particular customer service person ( Chris Vendon )to several people. I also have my other BMW seviced there, even though I purchased it somewhere else.

this dealership is allways their for you. when you need a loaner, if you have a questen. craig from the parts department allways helps with parts and prices. linda in the front is there for so many years and she knows most of the costumers. its a good team in that dealership.

I have been a customer of this dealership for the last 3.5 years. I have continued to receive outstanding customer service whenever I am there. Usually I take the first available service representative, however I have recently become fond of the exceptional service of Bernard Brown. He is friendly, attentive and patient with me. I also have great experiences when I'm scheduling appointments. This location makes you feel like you're the only customer every time. They will always get my vote.

I am very pleased with all the service I have received from this dealership. I purchased my certified preowned 2005 325 xi from this location also. They are conveniently located and their facility has recently undergone a state of the art renovation. I would recommend this dealership.

WE DEALT WITH BMW OF BLOOMFIELD ONCE BEFORE AND I MUST SAY THAT THEY MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AS EASY AND STRESS FREE AS POSSIBLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED TO SEE THAT THIS TIME BLOOMFIELD OFFERED PIZZA AT LUNCH TIME AND AROUND 4 PM SOMEONE ACTUALLY MADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. WORKING WITH GORDON COULDN'T HAVE BEEN EASIER. THIS IS OUR SECOND PURCHASE WITH GORDON AND BOTH TIMES HE WAS PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. WE HAD BEEN TO OTHER BMW DEALERS BUT NO ONE HOLDS A CANDLE TO BMW OF BLOOMFIELD. SUSAN 2/23/2011
