My experience with BMW of Bloomfield was wonderful. The sales representative that helped me was very helpful and easy to work with. The sale was simple and made very easy. My plates even came in within the week of me owning my vehicle. I even joked around saying I wanted a red bow on my car and when I pulled up to the dealership my car was greeting me with a big red bow hanging from the mirror. Andrew was very easy to work with and went above and beyond his responsibilities. Thank you BMW of Bloomfield!

the service that i received at bmw of bloomfield was the best service that i have ever encounterd at a dealership they were friendly very helpful and the staff is wonderful from j.johnson on down to the rest of the staff members just the best i will definitly be referring people number one in my book. dawn cooper

I just moved to NJ and my lease on my 750i was ending. I happened into BMW of Bloomfield and they treated me like I was a customer for a long time. I was thrilled with my experience in getting my new 2011 535xi. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. The service was great.

I had a minor issue with my daytime light being out. I was in an out of BMW within 30 minutes and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I also brought my car here for auto body work after i had been in an accident. My car looked perfect when completed and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, ask for Keith in Service and Ivan for sales.

Gordon, I must give you kuddos...I wasn't sure if I was completely ready to purchase a vehicle the day my business partner (he also purchase from this location) and I walked in however; Gordon, from beginning to end, helped me come to a decision without hesitation!! Keith and BMW of Bloomfield are the best! There new service department is top notch. Especially if your car is registered there - you drive in and your name appear automatically on the board. Keith is accomadating and extremely knowledgeable. He's always responsive to all my questions. You are in good hands at BMW of Bloomfield.

I have dealt with this dealership for many years and once again BMW of Bloomfield and its employees were a pleasure to deal with. This time around my lease was up on my 2008 BMW X3 and I returned to lease a new 2011 BMW X3. From turning in the old to picking up the new, the experience was hassle free, courteous and friendly as always. Thanks to everyone at Bloomfield BMW.

I was looking to lease a new 2011 bmw 328xi and so my gf and I decided to take last Saturday and drive around to various dealerships in the NYC metro area. We stopped into BMW of Bloomfield without an appointment and got matched up with Alaa. Talk about winning the lottery. He was patient, very helpful, and all with a nice sense of humor. I have found the dealership and the Salesman Bob Scherzer to be exceptional. The total buying experience was a pleasure. The Service Department (especially Keith and Craig) is outstanding. The facility is claen and the state of the art. I would highly reccommmend this dealership as I have already.
