I wanted a 'loaded' 335CV but I was on a budget. Kevin and Charles patiently worked me through the options. We arranged the options in order of priority. I ended up buying my dream car without going broke. Even days after making the sale, Kevin was alway available on phone to answer all my questions about the iDrive system.

My wife & I recently purchased our new BMW from BMW of Bloomfield. This experience couldn't have been any better. There's no dealership in the country (any make or model) that could have treated my wife or myself with any more respect. My experience at BMW Of Bloomfield was great! My salesman: Alaa Ahmed was terrific from start to finish. He helped me make the right/honest decision in deciding on what new car will be best for me. He really made me feel at ease, because he didn't pressure or direct me in the wrong directions at all. I was delighted with my new buying experience at BMW of Bloomfield. I think i received a very fair price on my trade-in (more than i was offered at two other dealers) and was pleased with the discount from MSRP on the new purchase. Although they had a car with the colors and options very similar car to the one i wanted on the lot, they didn't try to push me into it, and found the EXACT car that i wanted and arranged to have it to their dealership over a holiday weekend. Great dealership, very trusty worthy and professional, the people I have deal with are very helpful and professional, would defiantly recommend them to my friends, looking forward to doing business with them again soon. They help me and my wife understand the ins and outs of the car while at the same time they were keeping our two kids entertained.

Worked with Jin Yoon, a service rep. He was professional and helpful and I hope to deal with him on my next trip to BMW of Bloomfield. My problem revolves around the fact that I have to repeatedly fix something was a design flaw in this vehicle. I think assigning a rep to each client is helpful - certainly this guy was. They also have iPads for customer use while you wait - really good idea.

I have never experienced a dealership quite like BMW of Bloomfield. My service advisor, and the staff have ALWAYS been there to help. I have never been disappointed. I and my friends have bought BMW's from Bloomfield, most of us on second and third go round. I would never think of buying any automobile other than a BMW, and would never purchase it anywhere else.

I always have a great experience at BWM of Bloomfield. I have worked with Mr. Marciniak on various occasions and each time he has gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend this location based on my positive experiences. Ask for Keith and you will not be disappointed.
