Purchased my X5 at Bloomfield BMW in 2009. Now I'm bringing my M3 for service there. BMWs have been in the family for 20+ years. Started taking other family vehicles to Bloomfield BMW because the service is just THAT good. Blows away all the other BMW centers in NJ, and I've been to them all. I have been getting my truck serviced at BMW of Bloomfield for years now, and have never encountered a negative experience. I have receommended this dealership to several friends and family in the past and will continue to do so in the future. My husband and I are always greeted by name when we come in for servicing and are treated with the utmost respect. We are always accomodated whether it is early morning appointments or late evening pick ups. The service at BMW of Bloomfield was undoubtedly great. I was very satisfied with my experience there upon buying a used 2006 BMW. The quality of service was exceptional as well as the quality of work. The sales representatives were very friendly. My overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend BMW of Bloomfield to anyone.

Everyone at BMW of Bloomfield is extremely courteous. Jay made the effort to find me the car that I wanted and to get that car to me in the timeframe in which I needed it. Ivan was kind enough to spend the time with me to explain all of the little details and answer all of my questions. Thank you guys!!

I always dreamed of having a BMW. Jacqueline and Ivan put me in my first BMW a few years ago. I will work with Jacqueline on my new one as well. My husband handles the service on our X3. He has been dealing with advisor Rich Pescatore. We are happy with our sales and service experience thus far. We feel like one of the family. We pass two BMW dealerships from our home to Bloomfield. Keith Marciniak is by far the best service advisor I have ever had dealt with. Keith is knowledgeable about the cars, friendly, and is always responsive. Previous dealerships I have gone to have all had an attitude, would never answer their phones, or call back when you want to check the status of your car. Because of Keith and the BMW of Bloomfield service department, I will definitely purchase another BMW.

The salesman Alaa Ahmed is extremely friendly and helpful. I travelled 120 miles to pick up the vehicles and he understood my need and prepared the paperwork beforehand. He walked me through everything quickly and saved me tons of time. I would love to do business with him again!!!
