I've been to a few BMW dealerships and dealt with quite a few advisors but I can honestly say Bernard is the best! Hands down. I go in and try to explain my problem and he can tell me right away what the problem is and approx. How much it will cost me off the top of his head. He works with my budget and tells me what's essential or what I can hold off on. He doesn't try to push things on me to make a buck. I've been coming here for 12 years now. Same great people and same great service. I was concerned with the dealership moving into the new building that things would change. I am no longer concerned. And now I can see my baby from the waiting room.

My first experience with Service at Bloomfield BMW was remarkable. From the moment I dropped off my 530i to when I picked it up, my service advisor, Rich Pescatore exceeded my expectations in service quality. He was able to set me up with a loaner, answered all my questions in a manner I could understand and most importantly to me, I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I highly recommend Rich and this establishment.

My car was picked up from my house with a BMW loaner dropped off at my front door. The experience of servicing my car has never been easier or better. The car was done when they said and was delivered back in pristine condition. In fact, the car was as clean as the day I bought it. Thank you Craig and BMW of Bloomfield.

I hae been going to this dealership for service since I purchased my vehicle from the 5 years ago. my service advisor has been Chris in 99.99% of my visits and he as always been profesional, courteous, accomadating and responsive to my needs or concerns. I have the highest degree of confidence with him and the service department that my service or repair needs will always be met

We had a fabulous experience at BMW of Bloomfield and strongly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned BMW. We were attracted to this dealership because of their great used car inventory but ended up buying a new car thanks to their competative pricing.
