Best service I have ever had in a dealership. I made an inquiry online one day before going to the dealership and received their response email/phone call early next day morning saying that they are pretty confident to get the number I wanted. So we (my wife and I) went there 2 hours later. Kevin and Charles worked with us and they did not push anything we didn't want to us! I received great service from the dealership and eveyone cares about customer satisfaction. There is one person in the service department, Mr. Chris Vender ( service advisor); He is very patients to listen to the problems of my car and very honest to me regarding the issues that I had. Compare to other dealship, most of the time they just want to get rid of you. But Chris will assist you until your full satisfaction. Bob S. from sales was also helpful with the set-up of the car. He sat with me and went through the operation of the vehicle. He set up the satellite radio. James Palumbo was the most helpful in the explanation of setting up the lease agreement and the MSD program. He answered all of my questions and was wonderful.

With the end of my lease coming to an end, I began looking at new cars about a month or so ago. I was pretty dead set on an Audi A5. I met with two dealers and started getting numbers on the 2012 A5 that I was interested in. The numbers that I got seemed rather high for a car at the MSRP I built. We leased a 2011 BMW X6 from Helen. She was very helpful in determining the type of vehicle we needed as well as the lease vs buy option. She took the time to explain all of the vehicles options/packages/functions without pressuring and/or being pushy. But perhaps our most pleasant surprise with Helen was that the relationship did not end with the sale. A few days after the vehicle was delivered we noticed a hum coming from the engine. This is as good as an experience you can have with a car dealership. Not :pushy" nor "salesy". Very upfront, very honest and very friendly. Unlike other dealers in the area that I shopped with, this was not a game. Jay was an excellent salesperson and was not aggressive. He answered all of my questions and spent over an hour showing me all the features of the car after I leased it. I have never experienced such a pleasant car sales experience. Mike was a champion salesman who displayed the perfect balance of knowledge and personality. I never felt like I was being pushed into making a purchase. Mike was very patient with my indecisiveness and never every acted impatient. I will certainly recommend BMW of Bloomfield to friends and family and will certainly be back when it is time for me to purchase my next BMW! I love my car! My experience with BMW of Bloomfield was extremely easy. My sales person, Jay johnson, was knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I walked in until I actually purchased the car the process went very well. I would recommend this dealership and BMW to anyone I know that is in the market for a new vehicle.
