I've taken both my cars to Rich for service and other questions and every time I go to him, he takes the time to listen, find out the correct information and make sure things are right with my car. He contacts me back quickly with answers to questions, quotes on parts and even status of the vehicle so I do not have to worry about following up with him. I basically drop off the car and just wait for him to call so I can pick up and in the meantime there is little to worry about with it.

Great Dealership. New building is real state of the art. My advisor Chris Vender is the best. He has never let me down in the 4 years that I have known him. I would highly recommend that you use him as your advisor. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy.

Rich and BMW of Bloomfield are always extremely courteous and take the time to listen to my concerns. The car is always taken care of and delivered by the date promised and is always nice and CLEAN!!! I love it when I pick up my car because I know it will be in the condition I expect it to be in.

Rich was very professional and explained the BMW extended vechicle protection program.The vechicle was taken care of right away,the overall experience was painless.Rich called us back when the vechicle was finished and we met with Craig the manager, the dealership is a very professioal facility. This is my first time coming to here for service. I called this morning and needed service ASAP they were able to accomodate me. All the staff have been very friendly. They even ordered lunch for the customers. You are the best. Excellent Customer Service

Great service! Kevin and his uncle (the manager) were the best! They help me and my wife understand the ins and outs of the car while at the same time they were keeping our two kids entertained. Kevin even sync my phone with my new car!! I am recomending them to all my frinds!

You walk into relaxed environement. There was no pressure to buy or make commitment on the spot. Very friendly and professional salesman and management. Car was ready as promised on time.
