The following is feedback to I gave this week to the Head of the Service Operation at BMW of Bloomfield . . . I have purchased 5 cars from them. Craig: A story: So I’m in Atlanta yesterday on business and get an “emergency call” from my wife. I call back to find that the “emergency” is that the car has told her that the right rear tire is “flat” – what should she do? So I told her to call BMW Roadside Assistance. Early this morning, I learned - as I was pulling out from my driveway - that I had a flat tire. Since the BMW service center was close - I decided to go there to get it checked out. Of course, I was frazzled - because I had to get to work! However, Christine really put me at ease. She was very pleasant and directed me to Jin Yon, the Service Advisor. Let me start by saying I did all the research before I started looking for a car. I went to this dealership because of a recommendation for a specific salesman. I traveled from Staten Island and I am glad I did. First, the salesman reviewed a number of options for me for new and used cars. I had an opportunity to test drive any car. Am original owner of my 1992 E-36 (3 Series). Arrived at dealer absolutely cold and with vehicle on flat bed. I selected BMW Bloomfield because of this website. I chose them because of the write ups concerning communication between customer, ability to listen to customer, quality of work and fairness of cost. My problem was solved. The problem involved getting beyond the usual computer diagnosis. They took their time, focused their knowledge using deductive reasoning and solved the problem without tearing the car apart. I purchased a MY 2010 528XI from BMW of Bloomfield last month and I must say it was probably the best experience I ever had on a new car purchase. My formula was simple I just called the 5 closest BMW dealers to me and asked for a quote on the car. Bloomfield was by far the lowest. Helen, my sales advisor was very pleasent to deal with and very helpfull in locating the car we wanted. If you want to buy a BMW and live in NJ do not look any further.

This is my second review about this dealership so far. The first one was when i bought it and the second one is now when i went back for service.My cars 3rd break light in the rear was hanging and it was really awkward. I scheduled an appointment with Flavio and He was very courteous and excellent in communicating with me. Just visited the new BMW of Bloomfield service facility.... all I can say is WOW! I walked into a whole new experience of BMW. Not only was the experience with my service writer beyond my expectations but the whole feeling and vibe in the new facility was off the charts. I highly recommend any BMW owner to visit this facility, nicest center I have seen in Northern New Jersey, additional surrounded by some awesome resturants and shops.

Pamela DeLorenzo was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable, returned every phone call, and answered every question. She introduced me to a car that I wouldn't have known I wanted without her assistance. She made the process such a pleasure! Bill in Finance was tolerant, patient and also quite knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership, Pamela and Bill to anyone.

i did not purchase a car at this dealership only because they didn't have exactly what i wanted, but was so pleasantly surprised by the service and personality of the salesperson - Pam Delorenzo that I felt compelled to write a positive review. I will be in touch with her about upcoming inventory and hope to find what I'm looking for at BMW of Bloomfield. John Castro
