I would recommend BMW of Bloomfield to anyone. Pamela Delorenzo greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom; She was very courteous and attentive. My experience with Pamela DeLorenzo and Bloomfield BMW was very positive. She was very curtious and attentive to my needs. I was given alot of time to make my decision with very little pressure. I was encouraged to look at all the cars available before making my decision . The test drive was very good and a great opportunity for me to really feel the car. My entire experience was positive including the gentleman who assisted me with all the paperwork. He was very informative and patient.

Excellent service with zero hassles. I was given a warm welcome and the service on my car was completed in a very prompt manner. The experience was definitely one of the best I ever had with auto service. I highly recommend Bloomfield BMW for both service and sales.

I had a check engine light on my cpo X5.I always go to Chris Vendor because he is the best one there.When the saleman sold me the truck he introduced me to Chris and told me he was the best guy in the service dept. And Chris has always come through for me.The truck was ready and washed before the promised time that Chris gave me. I would recommend Chris to everyone.The only negative things I can say about the visit is about the dealership itself.The building is old and ugly.

I went there to bring my 335i for service, actually this is my first time going to the Bloomfield dealership. While waiting for a loaner, I went up to the showroom to see what type of programs they on the 3-series coupe. The numbers were discussed by Pamela and she let me test drive one. I told Pamela I would be back because I had a prior engagement. I had only 1month left on my lease, they gave me a offer I couldn't refuse so I came back and did the deal.

Pam was honest, trustworthy, friendly, non-pushy knowledgeable and informative. It was a pleasure purchasing a car from Pam. I would send anyone interested in purchasing a car to her! Her managers (Steve, I think and Bill, the finance guy) all were easy to deal with, knowledgeable and informative.In addition, the service department seems fairly accommodating.

I have purchased a new BMW x5 from this dealership, I was impressed with Wayne and Helen, very customer service orientated. They have provided courteous, professional consulatation and service to and ensure my neeeds are met. The pricing is also very competitive. Overall, I am very satisified with the dealership.

Was looking for an '06 X5, contacted a few dealers, drove around to some of them and looked at a few of them. Finally, settled with Bloomfield BMW because of the price. They had the lowest of all dealerships I've been to. Another dealership I went to the previous day could have gotten my business but the manager was being a smartass and tried to make me look cheap when I asked for a few hundred dollars more on my trade in (although the salesperson was the best I'd ever met). Bought my first car at this dealership. Wayne showed us the used car which was listed on their website, took us for a test drive, pointed out how well it had been maintained by its previous owner. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Not pushy at all, but very effective nonetheless. Kashmir helped us in making a decision on the same day by quickly arranging a deal at a fair price.
