i had a recall problem with my 5 series i took it in for service and they did a hell-of-a-job in taking care of me and my car..they gave me a loaner and even took out a few surface dents i had at no charge...i give them two thumbs up and would definatley recommend them for service.

I'VE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY X5 OVER THE WEEKEND, SO I CALLED CHRIS VENDER SERVICE DPT. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREETED BY CHRIS, TOOK ME INSIDE AND GOT ME A RENTAL. CHRIS CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP MY TRUCK. CHRIS IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I ALWAYS GET TREATED IN A VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY AND CARING MANNER. I sent an email to the Service Department to make an appointment to fix my fuel gauge which was broken. Craig Hacker, their Fixed Operations Director was responsive and helpful in replying to my email. I fixed an appointment to go down and was promptly greeted and received by the front desk whom directed me to Craig and assigned to a SA Chris. I am always treated well whenever I take my car in for service. I have had small problems with my car ranging from a light bulb outtage, to a flat tire, to a scheduled maintenance. I am always pleased with the work that they do here. I have also recommended others who have shared my same experience. This is my third new car purchase from this dealership. Buying a new car here is a no hassle experience. Professional salespeople like Helen Ng adds positively to this experience due to her respectful knowledge of the cars she is selling and amicable personality in working out a deal. The highly professional service department is another reason why I keep coming back. You can't get much better than this dealership. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime. I have bought 4 BMW's from this dealer and their sales and service are tops. Prices are as good as anywhere or better than many, and the service department is efficient and courteous. I picked up my car from service one time and it got bird droppins on it after they washed it. It was too late to re-wash, so they offered to detail it completely at my convenience, which they did.

I dropped my car for service. What an awesome experience. Although I did not buy my car from them, they treated me very professionally. Service is efficient, friendly and most importantly, very honest. The only negative thing is I have to schedule an appt 2 weeks ahead in order to get loaner car. But this is common for any dealership.

For the first time during a BMW service I got a service advisor- Robert Islamov who listened and who responded to my emails. Appointment scheduling is a challenge because apparently the online system only pretends to work but doesn’t actually :)
