"Disorganized, non-functioning dealership. Physically, the..." Disorganized, non-functioning dealership. Physically, the dealership is a mess. Entire lot is a construction site, there is literally nowhere to park your car and not a single employee around helping/guiding you. Old-school sales mentality, lack of honesty and transparency. "Horrible! $4500 and 3 months later now my car won’t come..." Horrible! $4500 and 3 months later now my car won’t come on at all!!! Horrible service I’m disgusted and stuck once again! For the second time since being in business with them! My car was running better before I took it to BMW of Bloomfield!

"Wasted 3 hours of my life dealing with this dealership..." Wasted 3 hours of my life dealing with this dealership because they are a bunch of liars. Confirmed discount online but when go there personally they give you BS discount for Military Affiliates, not even close. Not a military friendly place dont waste your time.

I was duped by the sly, malicious and aggressive salesman Bobby Kaufman who told me over several calls that they were going through an office renovation and could not keep the BMW 440ix drive I had selected in their lot for too long ( sales tactic).... during these times of Covid this place still not offer any online transactions and does not work with customers for shipment!!! "This dealership does not adhere to brand values nor care..." This dealership does not adhere to brand values nor care about a customer when issues arrive. The culture from top down GM and of a parent company is unacceptable. Purchased a car in Nov of 2020 and the deal was miss handled ever which way including legal retaliation to my belief be handled in court. "Spent time working a deal for a BMW M2 CS. Contacted BMW..." Spent time working a deal for a BMW M2 CS. Contacted BMW of Bloomfield's internet sales department, who confirmed they would sell the car at MSRP and passed me to a Client Advisor. Client Advisor also confirmed they would sell the car at list price, and I took a drive to see the car in person.
