Truly some of the most genuinely friendly and honest people you will meet. John Romell and his entire staff made buying one of his cars ridiculously easy. While online, we saw the Hyundai he had taken in on a trade. the pictures were beautiful and comprehensive. We test drove the model here in New Jersey, then flew out to drive it home. Price was amazing, he had the car filled, detailed, and waiting - he even offered to stay after closing. Met us at the airport. First class service. Thank you for all of your help.

This is the second BMW I have purchased from John Romell at Cain BMW. He is knowledgeable about his products and respected my time. He showed me the products I was interested in, answered my questions and concerns and facilitated my purchase. He spent time going over the features of the car at delivery, paired my cell phone and followed up after the purchase to see how I was doing. I would recommend John to my family and friends should they be in the market for a BMW.

We worked with Paul Sauvain and he was really responsive and fantastic with our questions. We live in Cincinnati and searched high and low for a certified used BMW in our price range with low miles. Low and behold it was at Cain BMW in Canton. Paul chatted with me over the internet and then called me to follow up. He worked with BMW Finance and got us a great deal. John Romell at Cain BMW really knows his stuff. He is very trustworthy and an honest person. When I went in to take delivery of my 528i he noticed the bumper had been scratched and right away he stated it was only right that Cain BMW would take care of it, and they did. A lot of other sales professionals would not have been so forthcoming. If you are planning on purchasing a BMW I would recommend to make an appointment with John and begin your BMW experience.

I spent 9 months looking for my particular BMW 328 XI MSport. When I found what I was looking for it was 700 miles away at Cain BMW in Canton, OH. I have never had such a pleasurable car buying experience. I highly recommend Cain BMW in North Canton to car buyers in the Northeast Ohio area. Client rep Paul Sauvain and the staff at Cain made it extremely easy to find and purchase our 2017 X1. We live closer to Cleveland, but Cain’s price and professionalism made the drive down I-77 to North Canton an easy decision.
