Paul Sauvain was such a pleasure to deal with. I have grown to loathe the car buying experience and all of the games that car dealerships play, the dishonesty of many, and the high pressure to not let you leave without purchasing a car. By far my best experience with a car dealer at age 60! I've had many opportunities to deal with car dealers in the past with mixed results. This experience with Paul Sauvain was excellent! We were looking for a convertible for my wife and Paul showed us a Mercedes and this Mini. My husband & I had been shopping for a car for quite some time, and had terrible experiences from Subaru to Lexus dealerships; no one seemed to think we were serious enough buyers to give us the time of day, or would practice extremely high pressure sales tactics... I have dealt with Cain for a number of year's now. I feel like we are family. Even with the employees I do not know, there is always a big smile and hello. Aside from the great service and wonderful staff, after a purchase, they do not stop: They continue to call to make sure that you are happy and your needs are taken care: I am very happy with people who are honest and who are trustworthy: They are indeed!
John Riggers and Charlie Schumann were attentive without being aggressive. They were cooperative and truly interested in finding the right vehicle for me. The overall buying experience was convenient and prompt. They reviewed the features of the vehicle thoroughly and followed up after the sale.
