We wanted a Certified Used BMW, so we went to Cain BMW. Found the car we wanted, test drove it and bought it! Easy as Pie! Our sales person, John Romell, was outstanding! Friendly, but NOT pushy! I would definitely return to Cain BMW or Cain Toyota/Scion and would recommend them to friends and family!

We contacted John Romell from out of state and he was fantastic to work with. He went the extra mile sending us additional pictures, answered questions, and prepared paperwork prior to us arriving to expedite our process. Robert Rowan was very helpful, letting me check the car for leaks thru the car wash and putting it on the lift for me to inspect underneath. He was very patient and didn't pressure us. He did let us know it has new tires a couple of times LOL. We will definitely recommend this dealership.

I have been to many dealerships over the years and this one was by far the best. John Romell was a great adviser and found me a car that fit my needs. Above all, he worked magic to get me in to that car and handled all the financing paperwork himself. It was the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. The showroom and offices were clean, staff was friendly. I am already looking forward to going back once the lease is up to see what's next! Great dealership. Highly recommend.

This is my second lease with BMW but my first at Cain - I was very impressed with their personal attention they provided me and my husband. They ensured that all of our questions were answered as we made our decision. There was no high pressure sales to upgrade to a more expensive car (even though we did buy a more expensive one). John Riggers was great.

Mr romell was fantastic. did more than expected . John sent me detailed pictures and inspected the car while on his cell phone with me.when I asked him what the car smelled like inside he even sniffed inside and reported back!
