Found the car we wanted online and on the lot. Purchased literally within ONE HOUR after little or no negotiation. Very pleased with the lease monthly payments as well as trade in on my current vehicle

We found the car we wanted on line and went to see it at this dealership. John was the first to help us and he was great. There is to much positive stuff to put on here. We Plan on buying our second car from him in the future.

After finding the specific used vehicle we had been searching for - we scheduled time with the Cain team. Put simply, this was the best car buying experience we have had. The car was prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. While we were test-driving, the team assessed our trade and ran their numbers. The new (to us) pricing was fair, and the trade offer (while lower than planned) was explained and ultimately acceptable to us. It was great working with John on my new vehicle. He was honest and answered several questions I had. I feel like I got a good deal without the hassle of a typical car buying experience. He kept me up to date on the car's build process and let me know as soon as the car arrived at the dealership. The financing process with Greg was quick and painless and he was able to answer a few last minute questions I had before I took delivery of the vehicle. 2008 535xi with 150,000 miles was running rough. Had other mechanics look at it and they could not fix it. It took a couple trips and lots of detective work and they fixed the car. It's runs like new. I also had them do the suspension. Chris in service was easy to get in touch with, kept me updated, and (not sure if I should mention this) but worked with me on price. This is not the closest BMW dealership, but for service I will use them from now on.

I cant say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, treated like a valued customer. Unrushed but efficient, a very fair price for my trade and great attention to detail throughout the process. I hate buying cars, but I loved buying at Cain with John Romell. Thank you!
