Eric was awesome! We ordered the exact car I wanted and was able to follow its' build and delivery. Eric would respond to my husband's e-mails promptly and even after hours. Eric was very thorough when training us on the I-drive. After having a bad experience at a dealership just north, it was a pleasure to treated with immediate respect and as someone they wanted to help rather than just someone with an open wallet. This is my 5th BMW and we will return to Cain to buy another in the future.
I found a used Jeep that I had wanted at this dealership. As with any car purchase, I dreaded car shopping because of the pressure. From the moment you walk in, you get exactly what you'd expect from a BMW dealership! They had cookies & starbucks for the customers and a comfortable waiting area while paperwork was being written up. (Which was good for my husband who was exhausted after working third shift!) I am from Chicago and I found the car I wanted at this dealership. John Romell was very friendly, and VERY honest! John took the time to answer all my questions even during after hours and his days off. I admit that I was a little nervous about buying a car out of state and unseen (in person) but John provided me all detailed information i needed/wanted and made sure there were no surprises. John and team were very good. The car is exactly what we needed as a family and are very pleased so far with it. The process was extremely smooth and John and Greg got me in and out very quickly. John took the time to go over the car with me, and I felt very prepared when I left the lot. I would definitely recommend Cain BMW and would buy from Cain in the future.
Both Greg and John are friendly and very patient as well as very well take careful of my wife and myself. Very enjoy and appreciate them.
