I have purchased several cars from this dealership, but this was my first dealing with John Romell. He particularly added to the buying experience with a no nonsense style, that made the deal feel appropriate. His follow up after the sale has been exemplary, and if I have a need to purchase another BMW, I will definitely seek John out .

I have now bought 2 vehicles from John Romell since August 2011. John is a wonderful person to work with when you are looking to buy. Cain BMW and Toyota were very customer service oriented and friendly. I was there to make a trade and buy a new car. I had done my research and knew what manufacturer pricing were for the car I wanted. John Romell didn't play games. He brought me the best offer he could the first time. the price was below my expectations, which is always a good occurence for the buyer. The best car purchasing experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 50 minute drive to get there. I felt the best price was offered from the start based on my extensive research. It was not necessary for me to negotiate further because the price the client advisor offered was very sharp. I changed my financing company to one the dealership suggested based on their ability to get me the best APR. From our first contact with Cain BMW, we received excellent service. We were able to order our car exactly as we wanted. We were given updates on its'' progress.
