Blake was very knowledgable and had great information on the BMW I purchased. He helped me get all the info and also advised of all possible solutions to make sure I got the best deal. Blake was a smooth sales advisor, no pressure and very patient with me on making my decision. He even took me to Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee on my test drive. Mark Tortolani did an excellent job of communicating with me through this process. He has great knowledge of all BWM vehicles but did a nice job of explaining the differences between the 2 models I looked at. Jason was very helpful as well and helped put any anxiety I had at ease. I felt like I was given a VERY fair price for my trade in car and for the 530xi I purchased at BMW of Newport. My husband and I visited BMW of Newport yesterday to lease my fourth BMW from BMW of Newport. We were greeted by both Jason Smigel, Sales Manager and Michael Richard, Client Advisor when we arrived. Last night my wife and I purchased a 2008 328xi and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes with financing! Our sales representative Michael Richard spent time with us on the phone for a few days so we could find the car we wanted and drive down once and take care of everything. He was so helpful in getting a very strong trade allowance and found us a car that has no payments for 2 months and a very low interest rate saving us the money we needed to purchase our new home. Overall a good buying experience. Mark and Jason were easy to deal with, and helped me navigate the rather complicated process of custom ordering a new BMW during a model year change (while BMWNA was in the middle of changing all the option/package pricing). I have purchased cars from the bigger dealers before, and was less satisfied with the experience. Much prefer the smaller, more personable atmosphere at Newport.
