A very Professional and Honest Dealership It was the most pleasant car experience ever, except the radio did not work. Chris Pratt was a saint to take care of finding a replacement radio and had it installed. Unfortunately the CD player did not work and jammed. Great Service After a mishap when getting my car serviced that was not immediately noticed, the service department, including the shop format and the service manager went out of their way to ensure that the issue was corrected immediately when I brought the car back in. The service manager himself spent about minutes working on the problem himself. The end result was that it was like nothing had happened at all. Outstanding service in all regards.
