Great dealer Friendly! Even with covid-19 going on when they got the car to me with three days! They even delivered it to my home which is in newaygo! Great service!

Excellent service, professional courteous staff. Ken and his team provide excellent service with clear, and prompt communications. Our vehicles, (both BMW’s, one we purchased from Fox Grand Traverse, and the other we are leasing thru Fox Grand Traverse), received the services we requested, and were returned to us in immaculate condition. great service I liked that my car told the dealership it needed service and the dealership contacted me. I also liked that they washed the car and I had a courtesy car to use while they worked

Personal and Trustworthy Service Your entire service team of Jeff Hall, Ken Matthews, Matt Doyle and Steve Pipkins is wonderful! They gave me their personal attention, provided good communication as well as fast and convenient scheduling. On the date of service they provided same day diagnoses and repair. The potentially major problem turned out to be minor. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of your staff which is why I only trust my vehicle in their hands.
