I have worked with Linda Schaefer for close to 15 years now, starting at another dealership who instituted some very customer-unfriendly warranty service policies which drove me away, and again now for the past few years at Autohaus BMW. I was delighted when she transferred dealerships. First off - let me say that I am a BMW enthusiast. I've owned BMW's for over 30 years so I am well-grounded in the brand, the BMW ownership experience, and the automobiles - in quite fine detail. It felt like Dennis was pretty transparent, the deal seemed straight forward and there was no waiting games- for example- "let me see if my sales manager will approve", then disappear for 30 minutes. It felt like a low pressure professional business transaction. I was pleased and Dennis is a good reflection on the dealership. Rick was a good finance guy, offered all the additional programs but did not try to oversell or pressure

It was the best car buying experience I have had. I buy a new car about every two to three years. I knew what I was looking for before I showed up. All in, I only spent about 3 hours total. We came to a price quickly and was in and out. None of the waiting around for hours like you normally do. There was no pushy up sell. When I said what I wanted he listened and got it done. I would opt for this every time. Other dealerships hound and bug you, but not them. thanks

I RECENTLY PURCHASE A BMW OVER THE PHONE FROM BRETT MIDGLEY (INTERNET MANAGER) OF AUTOHAUS BMW. I LIVE IN DENVER COLORADO AND HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN MODEL TYPE, COLOR, AND TRIM PACKAGE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS!!!! I FOUND THIS VEHICLE AT AUTOHAUS BMW AND MR. I recently visited Autohaus BMW in St. Louis. Chris Clem worked with me to get my BMW serviced in a timely manner. He got me into a loaner vehicle and properly set my expectation to plan on keeping the loaner overnight due to the workload. First thing the next morning I received a call that my car was ready and to come by at my convenience. When I picked up my car it was clean and finally back to good working order. I could not have been more happy or satisfied with the customer service I received at the Autohaus. They got my car in right away. I did not have to wait. They had a loaner car ready for me to drive. I dealt with Chris Clem and he could not have been more helpful or friendly. My car was repaired within a days time and came in under the price I was originally quoted. An excellence experience.
