I was in the market for a gently used/possiblynew luxury car, initally leaning towards the Volvo XC90. I dropped in to Autohaus because the X5 had caught my eye, and was introduced to Bob Dedert. I found a 328i on the Autohaus lot on a snowy Sunday afternoon and called Brett Midgley on Monday morning. We arranged a test drive at noon and when I arrived, the car was all warmed up and ready to go. He told me to go have fun and bring it back when I was done. No salesman sitting in the back! This was my first experience with Autohaus BMW service. My initial call was promptly answered by Chris Clem who then took complete ownership of my needs. He took the time to thoroughly understand the problem I had with the car and scheduled a convenient appointment for me to have the car analyzed and repairs recommended.
