Chris Clem always goes above and beyond to make my service experience at Autohaus BMW as pleasant as possible. He always accommodates my schedule and provides me a loaner car at no cost, when necessary. The repair team also does a great job. My car has been serviced approx 20 times at Autohaus and it is always done right the first time.
I have been working with Chris Clem for several years. He is always goes above and beyond to make sure my appointment goes smoothly. Whenever a problem arises with my car, I know Chris will be there to make sure everything is repaired properly and always has a loaner car available for me. He is a true example of great customer service!
Brett is a true BMW enthusiast. Not only is he extremely knowledgable and always available (phone/email/text). He is also there for you after the sale. It is clear that he is focused on gaining a customer for life, not for a one time sale to meet any quotas etc (which can not be said about too many salespeople these days). I will be back to Brett / Autohaus the next time I want a new BMW.
Best BMW dealer in St. Louis for sales and service. Friendly and professional staff are a pleasure to work with and the service department does great work. Complimentary BMW loaner car is a big plus too. Would recommend this dealer to everyone with a BMW.
Autohaus makes the car buying leasing experience as painless as any that I have had. The negotation, closing, and finally vehicle preparation processes are efficient, and directed towards accoomplishing what is intended - getting the customer into a new car. I have made 3 purchases/leases with Brett and recommend him to friends and family. I do not intend to buy a BMW from anyone else.
