This was absolutely the best, easiest car buying experience I've ever had! From doing the deal, working my trade, to delivery of my gorgeous new car, it was simply perfect. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. If you are in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and get to Autohaus and ask for Brett Midgley. It's the ultimate car buying experience...and the ultimate driving experience all rolled into one.
I got what I felt was the best price for the car I wanted. They also helped explain to me all the options available so I could make an informed decision about what I should (or should not include) in my order. They even found the exact car I ordered in Chicago and got it to me over a month earlier than if I waited for it to be built!
Autohaus BMW treated me great, advised me with professional reasonong and understanding. Dan seek to help find what was wrong with my car, and found it. Imeediately i told him to go ahead start the work and fix it. Even though it is still there being worked I know it is great service from all the attributes i have seen so far. Chris has been great to work with through the years. once again I was pressed for time due to business travel and Chris got my car in, completed all necessary service, provided a loaner and had my car back well earlier than expected.
Joe Bauer is an excellent salesman, competent, attentive, thorough, even after completing the sale! He assures the customer is treated with dignity and respect. Autohaus is the perfect dealership, and their crew is awesome! I will certainly consider this place again for purchasing my next car.
I scheduled an appointment for the annual service. Chris Clem has been my service advisor for my last few appointments. He always works with me to schedule the appointments at a mutually convenient time. Chris always asks if I will wait or desire a loaner vehicle for the service duration and if yes,reminds me of the documentation requirements for a loaner.
