I started my Autohaus experience last year when my wife wanted an X5. I contacted the dealership and was introduced to Joe Bauer. We found the right car for her, and Joe made the entire experience easy. Dennis does a great job of making the customer feel important and part of the "family"....he takes time to explain everything about the car and (in my case) the lease, as well as the services provided by the dealership. He had my new car all prepped and ready to go. You know with Dennis, that once you are "out the door", things don't end there....he wants to maintain a relationship to ensure a solid experience as well as wants to keep you as a customer. Very positive all around.
Tom and I have worked with Dennis for a long time. He makes things convenient for us. He listens to what we want and need and accommodates that. He is very valuable in every step of the new car buying process!
Went to Autohaus to test drive the new i3. Dealt directly with the Sales Manage who accompanied me on the test drive. He answered all my questions, explained many relevant details about this new car, and even showed me how to connect it to the charging station. The hospitality was superb - light fare with a variety of soft drinks, tea, coffee, and water. I have always rated Autohaus "5 stars" and this visit was no exception.
First did business with Bob back in 2009, was looking for a car with very specific options making the car difficult to find short of a special order. Not wanting to order and wait for the car, Bob took to the case--successfully locating and trading for a the car within hours. It all began after I located a great BMW online. I responded with an email requesting further information, and instantly I received email (auto-reply) from Brett. That same day I got an email and a phone call from Jamie who was very helpful answering my questions. She continues to be on the lookout for the features I am wanting .
