Brett and Autohaus has made the last several car purchases the most pleasant experiences I have had. I would highly recommend using Brett for your next car purchase. He is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles. Also he is a no pressure sales person. After experience with other dealerships in the area for sales and service Autohaus is definitely the best all around, they always make sure the experience is right for you.

I took delivery of my special order 2014 X5 last month. As usual, the experience at Autohaus was exceptional. Bob Dedert kept me informed throughout the order and build process. When the vehicle arrived, I had a flawless experience - total time onsite was less than an hour. Rick Riccio had everything ready for signature and I was out the door enjoying my new ultimate driving machine. I've purchased 3 BMW's (328, 535 and M5) from Brett and Autohaus, the best car buying experience I've had. Brett goes above and beyond to help with everything, from the sales experience, arranging service and just making sure I'm completely satisfied. Definetly one of the best car buying experiences I have aever had! Brett did a fabulous job of working with my budget and making the process as painless as possible. We were able to do most of all the paperwork up front, from appraisal to credit application and when it came time to complete the transation the next day it went quickly and flawlessly. I have had multiple sales and service transactions with Autohaus, and Brett Midgley in particular. It is a top notch establishment in all aspects. I purchased my dream car, a 2011 Jerez Black M3 with the competition package, from Brett. Chris has been absolutely fantastic to work with. My wife and I have owned several BMW's, and will continue to own more in the future. He has helped me with all of my most recent BMW's. He simply knows BMW's, from tires to wheels to filters, etc. -hands down! I call Chris every time I have a question about my cars, and he always seems to have the answer. It's nice taking my car in for service and not having to plan my day around a car maintenance shop. At Autohaus, I can take my car in at any time, they give me a loaner, and I can go about my business. I don't have to sit around and wait for the car or try to figure out a way to get a ride from friends or family. Not only that, my service adviser clearly knows his Beemers. I have worked with Chris Clem to schedule all of my maintenance over the last two years. Chris has been extremely helpful in finding a service time that fits my schedule. Chris has always explained what service will be performed and associated costs. He has kept me informed if delays in service occur and if additional maintenance items are found. Autohaus has always been friendly and the service top notch. I would highly recommend Autohaus.

I have been taking my car to Autohaus for service since I bought my car from them back in early 2011. I have worked with 5-6 different service advisers, and they all are great people. The last two times I have had my car in I worked with Chris Clem. Chris really takes his work seriously and went above and beyond what is called for in a service adviser.
