A few years back I had stopped by the AUTO HOUSE BMW dealership to pick up parts for a BMW that I had purchased off of Craigslist. The staff of the parts department were so helpful and nice to me even though I did not buy the car from the dealership that I was picking up parts for. This really stuck in my mind.
