This is the third time that we have purchased / leased a BMW from Karen. She is always very friendly and helpful. She is knowledgable of the various vehicles and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we have the information we need to make a decision. Karen is the reason that we come back to Autohaus BMW.

Went in to check out a car I saw on line. Hadn't really decided I would buy that day but felt very comfortable with Bob and we put it together. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Greg and Autohaus were wonderful to work with. Greg kept me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while driving. It was determined to be carbon build up in the engine which apparently is not a rare occurence. At 60 K miles it is out of warranty and Greg and Autohaus were able to get the repairs covered by BMW at no cost to me and that is greatly appreciated. Autohaus' loaner program is top shelf. Bob was friendly and easy to work with. He made the entire process of ordering the vehicle easy and fast, and had kept me up to date on the progress from the initial order, through manufacturing until the delivery. Bob was accessible by email and phone, and very helpful during the six week long process. He gave me a good price on my trade-in and made handling the paperwork fairly easy and fast. I would definitely buy my next car from Bob.

This past summer I purchased two BMW's from Bob. The first one was totaled after just 7 days (it was not my fault). Within a matter of days Bob was able to locate another car and we brokered a deal. Mike is a talented service advisor with excellent product knowledge and a warm personality. He is an asset to the Autohaus organization. Customer service and service center satisfaction are the reasons I bypass two other closer BMW dealerships to get the Autohaus experience.
