I arrived at my appointed time and was taken care of immediately. Associate explained to me what parts of the car were going to be inspected, listened when I told him about a noise I heard several times, said the car would be washed and that the procedures would take about a half an hour. Sure enough the car was ready about a half an hour later, bright ,clean, no random noise. Everyone was attentive and polite which made my visit comfortable and pleasant.

I originally scheduled my appointment online; however, they were having difficulty viewing the online appointments. They had no problem getting me scheduled for my services and take care of me on the spot. Great service, despite the tech issue and shortage due to sick employees. Just Great Service.
The staff is so friendly and helpful! The waiting area is clean and set up in a way you can get work done, read, etc. while you wait.

I normally have a great experience at the service center. The shop is kept incredibly clean and the service rep and manager are extremely friendly. I would have given five stars but had some minor issues with attention to detail on my last two visits. Overall, I think that they do a great job.

Told the salesman to not run my credit until we have an agreement because I had a trade in and I need to know the appraisal etc. They didn’t approved my trade in and still run my credit Put inquiries and decrease my credit score even though before anything I told the salesman not to until agreement. They violated my credit history that’s very disrespectful. Be very careful with dealer specially the ones that could ruined or steal your personal information sell it on the dark websites who knows.
