I was in for an oil change, I worked with Katelyn and she did an awesome job wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jessica Towe was my service advisor. Jessica was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly when I needed it most. I had a flat tire and needed to get a new tire ordered and put on. Jessica handled everything from ordering, meeting the tow truck when it arrived with my car, then getting me a ride back to the dealer to get my car when it was completed. Jessica also saw that I was due for an oil change and had that done too. A very stressful situation was made so much easier with Jessica’s competent help!

I called mid-afternoon to hopefully change my appointment to same day, as I had a conflict the next morning. I was told to come right in. My car was serviced timely with no issues - smooth sailing. I have never had an issue with this dealership, and the service advisors are always prompt, easy to work with, and friendly. Obviously it's more expensive to go to the dealer, but can you put a price on trust? I don't hesitate to take my car to BMW Tucson. Great experience with Jayme.

I chose BMW Tucson which is over 100 miles and further than a number of BMW dealers from my home because they demonstrated professionalism (i.e., didn't pad the sticker price and were honest about what they had in stock vs what they were able to order for me) and overall, were super easy to buy from.
