This was my first experience with no negotiation dealership. Our salesperson, Brett, was kind and responsive. We came to look at one particular used vehicle on the lot. He quickly got it ready for a test drive. We liked the vehicle but we’re not ready to purchase it yet. Very disappointed with service I received on my 2020 Z4. Car went in for oil service and brake fluid change. The technician forgot to reset the brake fluid date. The service advisor actual wanted my wife reset the date. This is the kind of customer service I expect from FORD not $80000 BMW

Got a flat tire in my runflat tire and had to get a new one. They were able to give me a loaner car while we waited for the tire to get here over a holiday weekend. Helped immensely.

We had a great experience with the entire staff. Anthony was our sales rep and spent lots of time to answer our questions. We were not planning to purchase right now but he made it very quick and easy. Patrick took care of the paperwork and the financing very quickly.
