Overall very good. Wait time to see the Finance Manager was too long and I had to negotiate my interest rate. They should have offered the best rate based on my credit from the start. I'm not clear why they didn't.

Very easy to make appointment online. Service advisor, Tyson Kessler, was friendly and knowledgeable. Told me it would take at least 4 hours for service so I called a friend to pick me up. BMW keeps you updated by text and you can reach your advisor by text. Much better than leaving voicemails for each other. My car was washed and vacuumed. :)
