Had to take my X3 in for a recall notice. Everything went smoothly including the rides to and from my house to the dealer. A definite 10 for this experience.
Tyson was very professional, thorough, kept me update on progress, and provided top customer service.

The cost of instaling 6 spark plugs in my X3 over $500 should have been explained before service Also while waiting for service to be complete I walked through the show room looked at every car on the floor. Never had a single person greet me .I have bought BMW CARS HERE in the past MAYBEE not in the future.

My service advisor was Jessica Towe. She was very efficient, personable, and kept me informed of the progress of the service to my 2017 X3. I think I would ask for her the next time I have servicing done at this facility. She was out to greet me in the service driveway before I had even closed my car door. Also, I had a driver that took me back to my home. Conversation was limited, but he was a careful driver.
