The service was outstanding. My car was evaluated quickly, the problem uncovered and a solution was offered. The battery for my car was not immediately available so the car was in the shop for a bit, but Tyson called me regularly with updates as to its status to I was always in the loop.
The service team at the Tucson dealership provided excellent service. My car works great. I got quotes for all of my inquiries. The Service provider did not post any products on me and was upfront and honest with the status of my vehicle. I gave them 5 stars for service and friendliness.
Service advisor worked with me to get my vehicle in sooner to meet my schedule needs. Repairs and service were completed on time. I was kept informed on progress during the day. I was expecting to have to wait, but a loaner vehicle was made available. The experience was very accommodating and more than I expected.
Katelyn Whitlow was and is fantastic. They took care of my issue from another BMW dealership in Glendale.
They really understand service, and Katelyn Withrow in service if first-rate. Kept me advised, went the extra mile by ensuring my cupholder was fixed. It was an expensive repair of my a/c, but Katelyn made it pleasant and I have total confidence in the work that was completed.
The assistance that Ryan provided to me about explaining about the issue with my vehicle and taking care of it was very professional.
Best customer service was provided to us at this dealer. Brett, our sales person was very professional and very easy to talk to, ask question. Martin was a great resource about all of our questions and Zane the finance guy was very clear, he followed up with any questions we had. Amazing experience.
Took my car in even though I did not have an appointment my car engine light came on while I was driving and I immediately went to the service and they helped me right away.
Excellent follow up and customer service. Kaetlyn was very attentive and addressed my vehicle concerns.
