They have a great and friendly service staff. Very accommodating and never a wait to get in. Car always looks great afterwards... washed and vacuumed... all covered under my BMW warranty, never a cost. Their staff is very well trained. The Tucson dealership is professionally run. This is my second BMW. Need I say more?

The service advisor did a great job. She explained the problems so I could understand what was needed. She kept in touch with me so I always knew what was going on. She was fair and reasonable to deal with. She was courteous and polite and professional throughout .
Kayla was able to get me in right away for my brakes. She was very friendly, helpful and timely.

You will not find a better buying experience anywhere in Arizona, in fact you may not find a better buying experience anywhere in the United States. My first purchase at BMW of Tucson was in 2012. I had my vehicle in for service on 2/2/22. My service adviser Tyson was very friendly and courteous.
I called BMW of Tucson to see if it was possible to get an oil change in without an appt which I knew was really unlikely the same day. Jessica informed me they were booked, but could schedule me the next day. After telling Jessica I wouldn’t be able to come in the next day, she told me to just come in at 12:30 and she will get me in. I was impressed that she took care of my needs even with a booked schedule. Top notch service. Thank you Jessica!
