My wife and I's experience at BMW of Tucson was exceptional. Anthony was excellent to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, was patient as we took our time to decide what we wanted to do, and was able to get us what we wanted with minimal fuss. From start to finish, the purchasing process at BMW of Tucson was outstanding.
Car was delivered with damage to windshield and door was touched up and not repainted as promised. Very disappointed that I was lied to.
I have purchased a pot load of cars during my 79 years and can honestly say only one other dealer matched the exceptional experience I had at BMW of Tucson. Juan Carlos, I hope I am spelling his name correctly, is the man at that dealership!!

My advisor was great to work with. Tyson checked in with me multiple times throughout my wait. He went above and beyond by having my vehicle washed in a way I prefer. My car will not fit in standard car wash bays with conveyors due to low clearance. I did not expect it at all but was pleasantly surprised to learn he had it done for me!

I had an appointment 10:30 am. for a factory recall. Was told it would be 2 hours it took 4 hours. Asked for estimate for 40,000 mile service also turn off service engine light. I did not get the estimate and check engine light was still on. I will not go back nor would I recommend this dealer. Great car Very poor service.
"If dealership sucks I would never ever buy another car..." If dealership sucks I would never ever buy another car again from these people they're crooked especially 1 Juan Carlos the sales rep he is no good they say whatever you want to hear so you can buy the vehicle and then I have to work you're done I will never buy another car from these people ever again
