Amazing Customer Service I am motivated to write this review based on the experience we had at the dealership. One of the best BMW dealerships I have dealt with. Trusted Service Manager I always choose Michael Lawson as my BMW service manager. I trust him to tell me what is needed to maintain my Z4 roadster. This last visit was for a state inspection and 15,000 mile oil change. Michael contacted me and said I should get additional mileage/time related services done while the car was there. If Michael tells me it needs to be done, I trust him explicitly. My bill was a little over $2,100. I know I received superb service, a great price, and my car is being maintained in top condition.

Very efficient service! My Service Advisor was polite, professional, and very conscious of using my time efficiently. I've received a lot of great service from Checkered Flag, but this was the best! When I picked up my car, he even offered to mail the paperwork to me so I didn't have to wait for it to print!
