Good experience Took care of all services needed on the car even though appointment was only made to fix a tire. For what was done , very timely and staff was very courteous.

Great sales service Chris Grandison made buying from Checkered Flag BMW an easy and no hassle experience. The experience was so easy going when looking for a vehicle, my husband turned to Chris a few months later. Checkered Flag has great service! Mike Lawson is the best service advisor I have ever had. He always communicates what's going on, he tells what he knows and doesn't add speculation, gets sound recommendations from service technicians for options so when he calls to let me know next steps and decisions I need to make, he answers my questions thoroughly and allows us to move forward as neede. He knows I like my car despite its age and beauty marks, and treats me like I own a brand new car. He goes the extra mile!
