Great Service Switch board person name is Sandra always friendly and professional when you call in and staff seems to be very nice. One sales rep could use some polish in assisting customers. He could be friendly and display the behavior that he has a passion for his job and show concern, and eye contact when speaking and assisting customers in order to have repeated business.

Great and timely service. Facility very comfy. Dan Lilly and staff are quick and accurate with service. Very friendly! Waiting time is short and waiting room is very comfortable.

Service at Checked Flag BMW Service person, Adam Jensen, was very helpful and I appreciated his professionalism. I had an issue with a sensor after my car was initially picked up and I was able to take the car back the next day with no appointment and the issue was fixed under warranty at no charge.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE My service advisor is Ms. Ashley Hunt! She is truly a professional who put her customers first. I am so lucky to have her as my service advisor. She always greets me at my vehicle door with a great smile and get me on my way all within 10 minutes. She calls throughout the day giving me updates. I certainly appreciate Ms. Hunt!

Service advisor Ashley Hunt was undefeated in her fight with GIECO to get my claim and fix my car. She never stoped emailing, calling even when GIECO would not take her calls. In one week she Got GIECO to go from estimate of 325 to 2995 in my repairs. You pick a heavy weight fighter and she is a winner. Thank you Ashley

Great service as usual The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have always received great service and that is only one of the reasons I am on my 4th BMW from this dealer and location.

Christine G Everyone was very helpful , the facility was well signed so after hours drop off was not confusing. The repairs were done quickly and evert effort was made to keep the expense minimal.
