Excellent service All services are explained very well. The customer service is above and beyond. In the last month I've been to BMW twice and the second time it was an emergency tire replacement and I didn't have an appointment. I was able to get the tire replaced that day in a timely manner and I really appreciated that. My agent Joseph Hawthorne is just awesome!
