Excellent customer service Lucius Sessoms was excellent. My fiancé and I went to the dealership to purchase two BMWs. We wanted to purchase pre-owned vehicles, Lucius was just as patient and thorough as if we had each bought new. He was relaxed but engaging. We would highly recommend your dealership and Lucius to any of our friends or family.

Amazing service Lucius was excellent- we truly enjoyed working with him and will refer him to anyone we know looking for a car. He was knowledgeable about the product, wonderful personality and made the entire day and transaction a great one - even our 6 year old had fun :) Lucius is awesome!

Great Service My service advisor, Daniel was excellent. I had an unexpected issue arise in addition to what I had scheduled my appointment for and he handled it like a pro. Checkered Flag BMW Jason was excellent. I have had poor to very poor service in the past. But this time I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality service I received. This is the first time in a long time that I received the BMW level service I expect from a BMW dealer. My service was done correctly, everything that was scheduled was done on time and my car was washed. So what ever you are doing please keep it up.
