Superior customer service Great communication! Saved approx. $400 when service technician re-evaluated service requirements necessary to replace turbo oil cooler lines. Bravo! Service completed ahead of estimated time.

Very Accommodating The Customer Service Department has been extremely helpful for me. Has always had a loaner for me before I bring in my car for repairs. This is very important to me, as I do a lot of driving during the week.

Mini Service The staff is organized and professional. The text message option is convenient, especially on a work day when I can't always get to my phone. Above all, the continuity is reassuring. Frank has been there since my first Mini service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Whether it's a scheduled service or I just stop in for a part or with a question. He always makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!

Great Service Team What I like most about this dealership is how I am treated. I feel respected and that I am important. (and not in a fake, just because I drive a BMW way) My service advisor Mike is ALWAYS attentive even when he has 5.8 million things going on. And I totally love the ladies at the loaner desk... They make me laugh and smile each and every time I see them. You can off all the bells and whistles when it comes to amenities ie Coffee... Water.... Food....
