Great service, check engine light not resolved Service tech was very good. Did what he could to reduce cost for service on car. Oil usage much better but check engine light came back on if a few hours of use.

nice acilities being able to look at new cars without being attacked by a sales rep, the coffee machine was pretty nice too.

All Around Exceptional This BMW facility was all around exceptional. The facility was clean and inviting. My car was in for an oil change and I added the interior detailing. The detailing job on the car was immaculate, better than expected!!! It was like driving a new car.

Great service, complete satisfaction The Customer Service was exceptional. My fiancé and I were able to reserve a car Friday evening and come back Saturday afternoon to finish the deal. All the representatives and managers not only remembered us but they were also very polite and courteous which made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Although we had a pre approved financing, the financing representative was able to get us from 3.99 down to 2.29 APR for our loan.

Awesome service !!!! My service manager, Jason Stamer took very good care of me by fitting me into his schedule. Got a good price on my service (especially being 2 days before Christmas). Awesome. Excellent shuttle service also.

Faulty Steering Wheel Lock/Sensor Repair/Replace Clean facility, friendly atmosphere, and very nice loaner vehicle. Diagnostics, parts and repair price was quite high,very but excellent service overall.
